Percentages compare today’s instrumented app usage with Cloudflare D1’s Free-plan reference quotas: 5 million rows read/day, 100,000 rows written/day, and 500 MB maximum size for this database. They are not a live Cloudflare billing meter. Row totals come from D1 statement metadata for student API requests; account-level analytics, scheduled jobs, and other Cloudflare-side activity may not be attributed here. The row counter was fixed in this release to include queries that use D1’s first-row method, so historical row totals can be lower than actual Cloudflare usage. Physical D1 database size is reported by Cloudflare query metadata; tracked content is a selected-data estimate. Attachments/reports are streamed and not kept in D1 or R2.

Feature activity
Personal tools are off by default. Enable them per account here; disabling them deletes that account’s saved personal tasks and notes. AI access is separately allow-listed and still requires the student’s consent.
Account rows show tracked totals since analytics began plus today’s usage and each account’s share of service totals. D1 rows are Cloudflare statement metadata, not counts of student records. Tracked-content bytes include synced payloads, encrypted portal-cookie ciphertext, personal-task text, and saved AI brief text; physical D1 size also includes indexes, schemas, and database overhead. No cookie values, homework text, prompts, or file contents are included in analytics.
